Default 76 seat removal

I am a newcomer to this site. I can not determine how to remove the back of the seat track. I have replacements for the current seats.

Rear outside corners are just a nut, you need to get under the car and put a wrench on it.
Hope this helps.

Slide it all the way forward, tilt the seat up, and that will expose two bolts, one on each side.

What are you doing? You mention removing the seats AND removing seat tracks; two different items.

I'm guessing you're talking about the plastic covers on the lower portion of the back of the seat. If so, remove the screws at the bottom corners, then slide the cover upwards until it releases. Once you've got one off, it's easier to see what's going on (and how to put it back together).
