I do not think they make replacement parts. Found mine at a corvette salvage yard, the common problem is that the plastic "shrinks" and does not fit perfectly. If you do a search most of them show about a 1" gap where it mounts to the main trunk. I used silver duct tape that was intended for home use to make the parts fit like they should. and ensure the air does not escape where the parts fit together. Not that hard of a fix as the center counsel can be completely removed.
