81 wiper do not work.
I HAVE A 81 THE WIPER DO NOT WORK i HAVE PUT A NEW SWITCH IN STILL DOES NOT WORK ,i HAVE PUT A BYPASS PLUG ON IT STILL DOES NOT WORK .FUSE IS GOOD ,I can here the relay making and braking .i CAN PUT 12V TO THE MOTOR, I can get it to run and park?ITS will not do any thing from the switch .also the washer do not work .Thanks

If it works correctly, then we can move on to the wiring etc. Have you tried putting 12v directly to the washer motor? If it hasnt been used for a while, it mat be a little sticky.
