79 Fan keeps rubbing

79 Fan keeps rubbing
in my 79 L-82 the fan keeps slipping down and rubbing on the fan shroud.
when i start out it has a good inch of clearance when i give it gas it starts to rub
any ideas of how to fix this or have a permanent solution?

That's it. Probably the one on the opposite side from where it rubs.

Open the hood and put it in gear and preload (gas and brake at the same time) you'll see the motor twist and hit the shroud. Usually the fan will hit the top part of the shroud, not the bottom??? That's strange unless both mounts are gone?
