79 Corvette problems
Brakes were fine then all of a sudden they became mushy...you could pump and get a little.
Then when I sent it to have heads rebuilt mechanic said when he drove it it had no brakes. Called and said that brake booster had gone out. Replaced brake booster/master cylinder. After replacing he thought that the left front caliper had gone out. He thought it was pulling to side.
I drove it and it does not feel like its pulling to either side to me. The pedal is still very soft and clear to the floor before it will stop.
I am by no means a mechanic! I think before I go yanking and replacing calipers that it may be an issue of air in the lines from replacing booster and MC? Any suggestions and comments are most appreciated, thank you in advance for your help!

Most likely problem is air in the brakes. Possibly for the installation of the master cylinder, although I don't understand why the master cylinder was replaced if the problem was the booster. If you don't have stainless steel sleeved calipers on all four corners, you should probably bite the bullet and do that. If you have excessive runout in your brake discs, that will tend to suck air past the seals, and you will never be able to get the brakes bled properly. There is also the possibility the length of the pushrod on the brake booster is not correct. All these issues have been dealt with multiple times on this forum. Do a search and do some reading. Lots to learn.
Thanks for the reply, now to price a new left front caliper
