generator warning light

Default generator warning light
Recently my horn stopped working and the generator warning light came on. Also the amp gage stopped working. New alt. and battery so no problems there. Bad Wire?

The alternator light may be on because of a break or poor connection in the small plastic plug on the alternator. Check the wires and the contacts. If you have a voltmeter check the alternator output.

I put a new alternator plug on this morning. I also had the system tested and everything is working and charging. Bad wire?
