I was thinking of tinting my windows silver. A local place has a 55% reflective silver tint that i think would look  on my car and go really well with all the chrome trim on the car. I have no emblems so the car has a really smooth look, i think the tint would accent it well and help keep the heat down. So what do ya'll think?
Larry82 I'm not sure of the brand, it may be luminar. The place that would do it actually has some building window tint that is a really cool reflective silver, it is 60% reflective, but only 5% from the inside. I don't think its exactly legal, but would look
I know in Texas, the police can make you take off non-conforming tint on the spot, if they want. Hand you a razor and tell you to go at it. I wanted the heavy silver also, but this story convinced me otherwise.
Warning! In California it is ILLEGAL. You cannot tint the front or driver\passenger windows up front to the extent that you cannot see inside.
Highway Patrol and local police will order the vehicle off the road. I've seen em towed away before. Beware!
It really depends on the car.......It would not look right on mine......But might look cool on yours........If you like it do it....but make sure it is legal first
