Fuel leak

Hi guys and gals, Ok so... New fuel tank, sending unit and fuel lines were installed last November never had any problems.

So a week ago I filled it up ( like I have done many times before). Gas started pouring out from the driver side of the tank from what appears to be a black box. Anyone have a clue?? It's so weird.

Do 73s have charcoal canisters?

Look at Alan 71 post 3rd one down and yes that part runs from 70-74
just don't fill up all the way 3/4
