Power window issues passenger side

Ok I have changed the motor and I am getting power to the motor from the switch but it will not budge. With the motor out the window moved freely up and down so the regulator isn't bad ? I have checked everything I can think of am I missing something. I guess it could be the switch but I am getting power to the motor... Ugh.. Driving me nuts.

What did you do with all 5 of the adjustment bolts when re-installing everything?

I fixed it the switch was good getting power but the ground was bad, cleaned it reinstalled and back in business thanks for replying though.
