I was racing today and my best time was 12.44 at only 102 because I was on the brakes and lost since I was dialed 12.45. I was running 107 mph on earlier runs.
Congrats on those new bests.
It seems to be hooking, it might have spun a hair on the 108 MPh pass. I think when I change to 3.70s I'll need drag radials. I don't know when I'll change gears, would like to do it this summer but if I don't get to it before the end of summer I'll hold off until after I install the Straub cam as I want to compare it apples to apples. I still think the way it sets if I get to change jets some I might be able to get the time down and the mph up some. I turned a 14.61 in my 6000 pound truck. What was the d/a were you were racing?

The DA here yesterday was 1900. Not bad for mid summer.
Why don't you put drag radials on before you change gears? You should take something off that 60 time and you'll take twice that off the ET. I use BFG drag radials, 275/60/15. Not too expensive. One problem is they are probably an inch bigger in dia than your street tires so your overall gearing will get a little worse.

To be honest if it's spinning out of the hole I can't tell. With the 3.08s it's a little doggy out of the hole partly because of cam size and compression ratio being 9.2 to 1 which is due to an Internet ordering error. I want to go taller in order to go wider on the rims. What's the Dia of you drag radials?
