Very Nice.....
Share the engine specs. Curious what heads, cam , intake, carb, CR, etc.
I am going to have the engine on Sunday. I am not fully aware of all the specs however it is a 1973 iron block, iron heads ported by Mark, Mahle pistons, 850 QF carb, runs on pump gas.
I think Mark is member of this forum I will ask him to post some more info until I have the engine and all the details.
Those are some serious numbers! That's going to be a lot of fun. Say a little prayer for your rear tires and start building a fund for their many replacements.
Nice numbers...the ones we can see, anyway. We know your torque peak and horsepower peak are at least 1700 rpm apart, which is impressive enough. Any chance of seeing the rest?

Your going to have some fun with that beast.
Be curious if he put a solid roller or stuck with Hyd.
He must be doing some magic with those heads.
I ask since ajrothm has one of his 496cid and it made a little less hp when he dyno'ed, not that it matters, since ajrothm has a mid 10's quarter miler with AC.

I know it is a solid roller but I do know the exact specs.
I spoke to Mark earlier , he said he will post more info.
Yes you are right...I could not resist the temptation. My team and I worked and got it ready in one and half days.....Many people going nuts!!!!!
So thats what the crew is doing on the cruise ship, Your a character Argiris! So what did the crew think of that thing? I can only imagine how nasty that thing is in those sea level conditions!! Put a vacuum gauge on it and let me know how much vacuum it pulls, Im thinking it will run your brakes just fine. Send me those photos I want to put them on my website.

Actually the motor started at 13’ below the sea level. The barometric pressure was 101.5 Kpa.
Now regarding my crew that was the first time they stayed voluntarily to work at 10:30 at night.
I wish I could update a video with their reaction when engine started…..
I will test the vacuum and I will let you know.
People are getting nuts here...everybody wants one...
