78 vacuum problem
My headlights stay up all the time. I disconected the green hose to the head light actuaters and the lights stay down. does this mean I have 2 bad actuaters?

It's a bubba job, but get two vacuum "T's" and hook both headlights up to the same actuator. That way you can check both. Remember to plug the other vacuum lines otherwise you will have a leak. :)
