hi blake again.. the vetts a/c unit doesn't feel like its forcing a high volume of air when on high.. so would that be a bad blower, bad control panel...?
also can i run new a/c coolent in the old system once issue is resolved?

If the blower motor changes speed, I would think it's filled with debris or the vacuum actutors are not working or stuck.
My motor died and when replacing it I vacuumed out the heater box via the whole were the motor was installed.

Any automotive AC shop can test and recharge your system. You cannot mix refrigerants (R12 and R134a).

My ductwork under the dash was was misaligned and leaking conditioned air. I removed glove box insert and duct taped joints and aligned ducting. I also replaced my motor and fan wheel while I had the drier out...This made a big difference too.
