I have hooker headers 2456 hrk and it is a really tight recommendations anyone to get them on also how much of a drop down plate on eldabrock 650 and preformer rpm

Are you trying to install headers? Also, what the heck is a drop down plate?

Yes on headers and drop down base plate for the air filter

1.5 to 2" drop base for air filter. Probably have to slide headers in from underneath car.
