Garage necessities for c3 resto?
I will be doing a body off on my 75 in a one-stall car garage  Unfortunately...the garage hasn't been cleaned in about 10 years and was stacked with useless things acquired over several years. Well...the junk is hauled out, it is nearly organized, and I even drywalled, and tiled the floor to make it a little more cozy since I'll be spending so much time in there:)
We have a plenty of hand tools. I just ordered a 60 gallon 5.5 hp 2 stage air compressor. I plan on picking up a parts washing station, sand blasting equipment, and I may build a blasting cabinet. What other things should I be purchasing that will be helpful in redoing the vette?

Check out my pics before you jump in feet first.
A 4-4.5" angle grinder !! I used to use an air powered cut-off tool, but
the electric angle grinder has MUCH more power. Great for destructive
removal of: body mount bolts, rear strut rods, door hinge bolts, windshield frame.
Also, get flap disks and wire brushs for cleaning up the metal.
I have a siphon sand blaster - but it makes one hell of a mess !! :reddevil

You need a digital camera and a lot of storage room. One car garage will be a pain because the lack of space to have work benches in to put stuff on as you work on it. Do you have a hoist and engine stand? You will need a couple of real good jacks, one won't do, and plenty of stands. Take pics from every angle and of what type of bolts are used where. A big pad to take notes on.

A MANUAL
A VISA CARD
A HICTH ON A TRUCK
A ROLL OF DUCT TAPE
A SMALL CLOSET IN THE CORNER TO LOCK YOURSELF IN TO SCREAM
A BIBLE TO PRAY WITH
P.S. Enter the phone number in your speed dial to a good mechanic
GOOD LUCK

A 20 ton press if you're going to do the suspension or differential. A MIG welder would be nice too. I'm looking for one now myself.

A blasting cabinet is a must.
Saw horses and plywood. (You can set them up as needed and then store them neatly since you don't have much room.)
Bailing wire (For hanging up parts to paint.)
and last but not least...
Jackstands, jackstands, jackstands, jackstands!

Working out of a one car garage myself. Luckily I have loads of storage in a crawl space under the house. Don't forget a patient wife  - if you have one that is. Right now I have the body on a dolley in the driveway & the frame in the garage. With the Mustang on the other half of the driveway the wife has to park in the street. That won't last to long :)

Put your air compressor on wheels so you can roll it out of the garage to run. The noise will drive you nuts.
