My girl has been tinkered with and there is definitely and issue with the vacuum due to a much larger cam. I installed the best assist pump i could get from Summit racing over the weekend and that helped the idle and the brakes. However the headlights will not retract and the AC still will not work. Any hints would be appreciated. That is number 1.
The car sits at a slight canter towards the drivers side. I am a big fella but this happens when I am not in the car. Ha Ha. Anyway, I am guessing an issue with the springs. Any thoughts and has anyone got a suggestion on just what size I need. Thanks in advance.
big Cam = vacuum issues, welcome to school !
first step, get a gauge and record base vacuum as the car sits now,
then take a base vacuum reading with all vacuum lines dissconnected from Motor.
if the readings are different you have leaks. fix leaks first.
1 replace cam..not likely
2. electric vacuum pump - recommended

I have a gauge, I will get right on that. Hooked up the electric pump yesterday, helped but did not solve all the issues
Related to the 'sag' issue... My 81 had the same gangsta lean low left in the rear... And when I was removing trailing arms for rebuild I found that the rear mono spring had a crack in it and the fiberglass was de laminating...
Bought a new spring and it installed quite easily. Problem solved.
