There has to be a dozen different PS pulleys. You may want to look into a double pulley from a Pontiac.
The question is, why is you pulley off? Most PS brackets have spacers between the block and the bracket. Maybe you need to be shimmed out rather than in.

Idk y it's off, but it looks to b pushed out to far which means I can't shim it right? So I think I might have to start looking into different pulleys and if they r shorter maybe I can shim them?

if this is a C3 then you need to figure what is not lined up correctly.
wild guess water pump, or alternator was replaced, at some point in time,
this is the most likely culprit for your pulley misalignment.
