I just ordered me the Demon zz4 specific carb today. It retails for $454, and I saved 45 on it. Thanks for the Summit code info on the 10% discount.
I hope this one works better than the Road Demon. It is a 650 Speed Demon with mechanical secondaries.
Summit also has a deal on the KYB G2 shocks this month,16.95 a piece then 10 percent off that which is not much but still a 1/2 price deal on the shocks

What size Road Demon did you have on it ? I know GM recommends a 750 CFM Holley for the ZZ4, but everyone that has put one on seems less than impressed with the bottom of the power band. I always have been one for putting a bit smaller carb on a street engine. Just better drivability that way.
The Road demon is a 625 vac seconday. I called Demon and talked to them. They gave me the number for the mech sec. 650 that is tuned just for the zz4. Here is a link to what I ordered. http://www.sdpc2000.com/cart.asp?act...1922&pid=47225

I tried the 670 CFM Holley Avenger. I had too many problems getting stuff to mount up to it (TV cable, air cleaner, in the way of the EGR) so I ended up selling it off and staying with the QJet.
