Default Will it start hot?

I just installed a dual electric fan setup in my big block C3, and haven't ran the car yet.

I hooked the thermostatic switches 12v to pos. side coil.

The 12v side relay to back of alternator.

This setup will allow the fans to run as soon as I turn the key on with the engine up to temp.

Will the fans draw too much amps to not allow the starter to crank properly?

Do I need a manual override switch on the relays?

you have to add up the current draw of the 2 fans,
your gonna draw excess current thru your inginition wiring,
I would not recommend wiring this way.
now you could add a relay for the gnd using the coil as a signal.
this would avoid extra current draw thru your igniion coil power/gnd.

The ignition will only have the draw to signal the relay. The fans will draw off the alternator.

Both fans together draw 37.5 amps.

using the iginition 12v to operate the relay should be ok.
