68-69 hood support
Does anyone know what the difference is between a 68 and a 69 and later hood support? I have a 1970 that I'm installing a 1968 BB hood and want to know which one to order.

The 69 and later supports used a third bolt on the inner fender mount to increase stability. The 3rd bolt went into the fender lip.
I do not know for sure, but I suspect the attachment to the hood itself may have been the same. Perhaps a 68 owner can confirm that.
If that is the case, go for the 69 and later style.
