Default Seat Removal Complications

Hey, on my 74, I need to remove the seat so I can get in and try to pull the brake booster. I removed the bolts from the front with no fanfair.. and one of the rear ones (out of a total of 3) (one was missing).. anyway.. the other two are in bad shape.. one of them seems to want to round off when any sort of force is applied.. and the other has just the small reminants of a head on it (really bad shape)..

Default Re: Seat Removal Complications (Wardour74)

I just took out both seats in my '77 to install new seatbelts. I had one stubborn bolt on each seat (same location to). It was rusted in and would the come out for anything. The passenger side bolt head broke right off and the seat came out. The driver side was a bit more trickier. I had to drill down the middle of it to make it weak. Then I took a pair of vice grips and broke the head off that one. Now I have to drill each bolt out. I tried everything to get the bolt out without coming to this.
