15X7 VS 15X8 WHEELS....AGAIN....SORRY....QUESTION?
ok, one last time, I have a '68 with 7" correct wheels. They will be for the new red lines & @ shows. I can buy 8" for $40. each from a distrib.. I trial fit the wheel on the rear to be sure it turned etc.....any one have a problem with clearance, hitting, rubbing or anything with 8" on a '68???? Please tell me NO!
I know they will throw a little more dirt, etc, thats OK, I guess, put removeable guards on. I am running 215/65r15 on the 8" after I make the switch for "driving". Any experience will be appreciated. From the last post on the 15X7 wheel for sale, sure looks like a lot of beautiful '68's out there!
Thanks all.......
