Received this fitting along with some 1969 vacuum hoses in an Ebay purchase. I'm thinking that this fitting connects to the two washer hoses that run from the 3-port washer to the antidrip valve. Since I don't have and of those components on my 69, I'm looking to you 69 owners who have more familiarity with this setup for help. If I guessed right, is it used anywhere else?

Well if it is anything it should be either the HL vacuum small line or the windsheild, HL washer hose related. If I had to wager a guess, I would look at the HL washer hose where it splits.
I think I've got it figured out. Found a pic of the fitting in Bizzoco's book. It combines the two washer outlets on the 3-port pump into one for connection to the anti-drip valve. Another of those "one year only" headaches! Thanks, Wombvette, for responding.
