Default Speedometer gears help

I have a Richmond Gear Super T-10 installed in a 1979 corvette. I am trying to get the speedometer to read correctly. The transmission drive gear is a 8 tooth blue gear and by doing the math of a 8 tooth drive gear, 27 in tall tire (255-60-15) and a 3.55 gear I need a 21 tooth red driven gear. At 60 mph on the speedometer my GPS and also my phone say I am doing 55 mph. I changed the driven gear to a 22 tooth gray gear and now with the speedometer reading 60 mph my gps and phone say I am doing 64 mph. So I guess I need to change the drive gear but have no idea of how to get this set correctly.

You cannt change the drive gear without transmission disassembly. They show the 21 tooth gear at this site.

Been there, done that. If you're reading low, go 1 tooth down ( one tooth per approx. 4 mph). Have a great week, Bill
