I've always read when you do a swap, you need to marry up your PCM, DBW throttle body, TAC module, and APPS for things to work properly.
I just found out about this X-link (http://www.torquerush.com) that allows you to change from a 3-bolt DBW TB to a 4-bolt DBW TB and retain full throttle range and cruise control.
Any of you guys ever used this or know someone that has and did they have positive results?
I have a 2006 LQ4/T56 going into a 1973 Corvette. I have a 2010 Camaro LS3 intake and LS3 heads. I was going to use a ported and polished 3-bolt 75mm DBW TB with an adapter for the LS3 intake. I've read several threads that stated the 75mm is too small for this combo.
I just found this X-link that enables me to use an LS3 DBW TB. So I'm doing research to see if this is worth it.
I am using DBC. Many here are using crate engines. To get a better cross section of LSX experience, you would probably be better served by a dedicated forum such as http://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-hybrids-28/
