I conquered the pull from hell! Passenger side lower A-Arm rear bolt wasn't tight I torqued the bolt to 90 as per the book, but when you put a 2x4 under the tire and pull up we could see that part of the arm move a little... I torqued it to 130 pounds and the pull is gone! :D
When the brake was applied the lower arm would contort and cause the car to turn right!

I wanted to thank you. My car was weaving when I was changing lanes. The front was rebuilt by the previous owner five years ago so I never though that there would be something wrong there. After reading your post, I checked my front end and all the bolt of the lower a-arm where unproperly torqued. I torqued them to 100 pound and the car is tight now.
