While the higher ratio will certainly increase valve lift duration at .050", at .200" and so on, "advertised" duration remains virtually unchanged. At the lobe, 0.000" x 1.6 = 0.000".

Sorry for my having misspoke in regards to this spec during that sidebar discussion.
While a higher rocker arm ratio will absolutely increase the area under the valve lift/duration curve, all duration figures referenced at the lobe itself remain unaffected.
