I have to believe these tires were manufactured in 2000? Only three numbers I don't think that could be 2010? The four digit number would make no sense to me.
I am of no use reading these tire codes. I just knew that when I got my "new to me Vette" that I wasn't going to play around with the tires. They looked great, but I asked when they were last replaced and the guy didn't have an answer.
Took them in to get replaced, sure enough, they were from 1989! They were quickly replaced last summer after the purchase of the vehicle. The guys out in the shop were laughing because one of the "kids" working on the tires was younger than the rubber he was removing from the rims.
They are getting replaced, I find it amazing that a tire could be that old and still hold air. Funny side note is all the wheel weights have "SEARS" stamped into the lead. I wonder how long ago they quite doing that. By the way all the wheels are "AZ" and date stamped correct. I love doing little things on my car, its just amazing how cool things were back then, makes me proud to be from my generation.
