advice on intake
I was wondering if anyone to tell me if I would have the clearance under my stock hood with a Weiand speed warrior 8150 intake. My car is a 1980.
Heights on the intake.
Front = 4.19
Back = 5.27

read the section on hood height and measure what you currently have at front, A, and rear, B. In addition do you need an intake that goes to 6,500 any other mods to engine?

I think the Speed Warrior has similar specs to the Edelbrock Air Gap, I could be wrong though.
I do know that the Street Warrior is about the same height as the Performer EPS though.
I'm not sure about hood clearance on an '80, just giving some food for thought...
