Help with switch
I do not know what this switch operates.
I am talking about a 1971 the switch in center of both overrides I call them pull down buttons that manually override lights and wiper door.
I thought it would turn wipers on and off so one could stop wipers on glass to change. But my switch does nothing. Any help please.

It is supposed to stop the wipers on the windsheild so you can change blades. Turn the wipers on, then turn the block **** when the wipers are in the spot you want them..
