Help! I need instructions on changing valve seals.
I hear how easy it is but I have never done it or seen any one do it.
I would appreciate any instructions that some one could send.

Pull the spark plugs and shove plenty of nylon rope into the cylinder your working on to keep the valves from falling into the cylinder (it's best to do all cylinders while they are at top dead center), remover the rockers, replace the seals, then put everything back on. You'll probably also need to adjust your valve lash. The Haynes manual I bought at Autozone for $20 guides you through the whole process. I'm sure others will have a few tricks to make it even easier. Good Luck.
