SO my next question is.....I bought my car after it had been sititng for close to a year. Everything I have workied on, has been a b#$ch to get loose. I local garage is offering a full tune-up for $90...
Being a novice, would you guys suggest I get this initial tune up done my someone, then I can learn from there???
If you've still got the ignition shielding in place (and they're going to leave it there), and they'll be using good parts, and do good work (at least, you trust them), then that sounds like a great deal.
Plugs, wires, cap, and rotor probably cost me close to $90 in parts alone.
You'll miss the fun and challenge of working around the shielding and running plug wires through the motor mounts of course  , but it sounds like you're busy enough.
