72 starter and tooth count

removed starter when home, applied power, extends out ok, but doesn't spin.
it's the original '72 made unit, it was rebuilt earlier this year.
so instead of mucking around with it again, i'll just get a new unit.
i want to keep the original look, so no mini starters etc., so whats a good starter to replace it with? brand?
also, 1972 - 350 auto, what tooth count ring gear do i have?
prefer shopping with Summit, better shipping prices downunder...
"Usually" it's just the brushes that are worn out - they wouldn't fail so soon - takes years.
For less than $20 US you can get the brushes, bushings, snap rings, and a new bendix.

all 3 holes are threadded
i will take it back to the shop that rebuilt it, but i will replace anyway for piece of mind.
unfortunately spares are not just on the shelf at a local parts store here, that's why i took it to a auto electrician to do.
so what tooth count is used then, 153 or 168?

took the original back to the auto electrician, windings on case shorted out..
and he was supposed to check it all out earlier this year when i had my engine out...
hunted on line and found a place down here that had 'Delco' starters.
210$ shipped half way across the country from me.
everybody wants to sell you a mini starter, but i wanted the original look still.
it was a starter for a small block.
spares, that's another story....
you guys are lucky with all your speed shops on every other corner, napa etc over there,
most places here dont keep stock, 2-3 days to get things local.
if it's not for a local made car, forget trying to find parts on a saturday arvo.
summit etc, takes around a week for parts to arrive for over there.
but shipping on buly heavy stuff is $$$.
