I'm looking for a jack, and have noticed they're at a premium if I want an original. So, I've been looking on ebay for something that will work and not require my family eating Ramen for a week to afford it.
Can anyone tell me the length and height I should be looking for? Thanks, Mike
I have the jack from my 1970. I thought it was the original but have been told it is not a vette jack but another gm car. All I know is that it worked fine for my car. Let me know if you are interested.

Have you tried the Pamona Swap Meet? With a few pics in hand you should find a relatively inexpensive jack to fill your needs, or even stumble upon the exact one you need.
I had been looking for a '73 jack for a few years at Carlisle, with the same results you've encountered, when I stumbled upon the right vendor at the right moment and picked up a pristine sample for a steal.
