Car jack for 77

I'm looking for a jack, and have noticed they're at a premium if I want an original. So, I've been looking on ebay for something that will work and not require my family eating Ramen for a week to afford it.
Can anyone tell me the length and height I should be looking for? Thanks, Mike

Might find lots of potential scissor style jacks at a junk yard that could work and fit into the storage bin behind the seat.

I have the jack from my 1970. I thought it was the original but have been told it is not a vette jack but another gm car. All I know is that it worked fine for my car. Let me know if you are interested.

Maybe these will help in finding a suitable replacement. This is the jack from my '77, original as far as I know.

This one fits in my '77 and you can insert the cardboard storage tray. It is a tight fit. mike...
