correct heater housing valve
I've got 2 heater boxes, one that was in my car 1973, and another I bought used supposedly came from a 73. (Mine had some damage to the housing) I am not positive the one from my car is indeed original. So what I got is the vacuum valve that operates the small door, interior side heater core. The valve on the right has 2 vacuum ports, one on each side, the other only has one, and there are differences in the arms that attach the valve to the door. Any clues as to which is which, is one correct, one incorrect? And does that valve hold the door o

I can try to take a look tomorrow.... My first thought is the pod on the right is a replacement, the one on the left is a original (we are stirring old cobwebs in my head lol) I have plenty of used boxes, and it seems as if the one on the left is correct.
