Looking forward to seeing the car at Good-Guys Texas - should be done by then right? Also, the USCA event at TMS. Maybe you'd like another test car for the Texas GG events and USCA at TMS?

The 48 Hour Corvette will be done before both events. As of right now we are scheduled for both events as well. More test cars are always a plus!

Most of the parts suppliers are coming to install their own particular parts on the car and we have a build crew of our guys currently that will be doing our stuff. We have had a decent amount of interest from guys like you that want to come up though, so let me check into it and see what I can do!

I look forward to meeting you!

We have the primary build team all set, but the Corvette build is open to spectators. I would encourage anyone to come up and take pictures to post on the forums. We can use all the extra exposure we can get! We will have several manufacturers here as well...it might be a good time to pick their brain on your corvette questions. For those who can't make it, we will be running a live chat during the webcast...chime in there with your comments and questions...the more the merrier!

Put them on top of the pump...look at some of the LS swap threads on the forum for help...your not building a Fbody or Abody here....much tighter in that area
I'm also looking forward to your solution to the interference of the LS7 dry sump pan to the steering centerlink.....based on my mock-up in my 72 Vette, I don't see how the Ridetech centerlink is going to work with that particular oil pan......we will see...

FWEIW; The Stainless Steel Brake Corporation aluminum billet MC for a C3 is over $400.
Aside from weight, the stock AC Delco MC is cast iron and it'll rust. You can paint it, but if normal brake fluid spills on the paint, it'll take the paint off. I have a painted Delco MC on my 68, but I have silicon brake fluid so the paint is protected.
