Without turning this into a Ford forum, Ford lists TQ at 340 lbs.-ft. @ 3200 rpm and HP at 240 hp @ 4200 rpm. These figures seem a tad conservative since my old '90 5.0L Mustang was listed at 225HP and the Lightning has 49 more cubes, a bigger cam, GT-40 heads, and the Cobra intake package, but who knows.... The older 5.8L (351) will out pull the 4.6 OHC all day and all night, but the newer motor is more efficient and will rev higher.
