Default Brake Diagnosis Please

I drove my '69 yesterday. It was a hot day and the brakes seemed mushy....or something. The pedal seemed to go closer to the floorboard than it usually does. I checked the brake reservoir and the fluid is up all the way so there aren't any leaks. Is it just me or is there something going on with the brakes. What else should I check? Thanks guys....

Bleed them to see if they get better. The system maybe getting air pumped in through the calipers. Check the runout in the rotors-if over .005" you have to correct. I like to get them close to .000" but not over .003"
