Why do you "need" to replace it? Is it cracked or otherwise damaged?
What are the specs of the engine you are running?
If the intake is damaged and the engine is designed to run <6000 RPM, I'd go with a Performer 2101 (3701 if EGR is required) or a GM ZZ4 intake (10185063). The ZZ4 will fit a little better, the Performer may make a *hair* more power, not much though. Both will fit under a stock 78 hood.
If the engine is designed to run a bit higher RPM, a Performer RPM is good but you'll need a drop-base air cleaner to fit it. Assuming you're running a Q-Jet, you'll want the 7104 (RPM Q-Jet)
I run a Holley Street Dominator and a Summit Racing carb, used the original Q-jet on this intake also. The air filter is a standard Car Quest pt#R87095. I believe there is a thread some where with all the different set ups people are running with no clearance issues.

Have been having terrible time chasing gremlins. Turns out manifold is warped. I am having it machined but would like to know options if it doesn't work out. Thanks for the response
