Default Noise barrier

OK, anyone have any recent first hand experience, pro or con with these noise barriers, Dynamat, hush mat or Eastwood's ThermoCoustic http://www.eastwood.com/ew-thermocou...parent_id=5078
Not necessarily interested in products from HOME CENTERS and more concerned with noise than heat ( If you read between the lines, that means SIDE PIPES). Thanks for any help.

I installed the Dynomat on the floors and firewall area this past spring. Installation was actually pretty easy (has the interior out for carpet and seats) and it seems to have removed most of the road noise. I changed from side pipes to a more factory looking rear exit exhaust previously, but, I do notice the sound seems to have moved to rear and not under the floors as previously.

I also installed Dynamat and have side pipes. It was a very big difference in sound reduction.

I used this stuff;
Amazon Amazon

on the floor, front and back, inside the door panels and inside the t-top panels. I also have side pipes with STS baffles. Significant noise reduction when the windows are up vs down.
While you are at it, it pays to install the reflexit insulation for heat reduction as well. I have a black car and still it is as cold as I want it to be with A/C and the insulation. Prior to that it was warmer in the cabin and the A/C needed to be on continously.

Dynamat entire interior of my 70.
Car has a high po 383 and can't really notice much difference in the noise level (Headers & Flowmasters too.)
Heat much less.

Dynamat covered by Dynaliner keeps the heat, vibration, and noise in check
