When I push the car hard like up past 80 MPH going on to 100MPH my drivers side headlight flips up then goes back down or when I downshift to pass somebody very aggresivly. What causes this? It just looks bad when cars see it flip up only on one side of the car.
You have a vacuum leak. Whenever the vacuum changes, it affects your lights. Changes in engine rpm affect the vaccum. If you have a leak, your systems that rely on vacuum will also be affected.
Your engine certainly produces variations in vacuum. That's normal.
The vacuum distribution system is supposed to stop those wierdit things from happening through the use of a check valve and canister. I'd start by checking them out. If those are good, I would think any vacuum leak in the system would have to be pretty large - certainly large enough to hear with the engine off.
