Default 68 Headlights
I'm putting a car together after being apart for 15 years. When I turned on the headlights, they immediately popped up and all the lights worked. I then turned them off, but the lights did NOT go down. I've tried the switches under the steering column, but they will not go down. Anybody have any other suggestions?

Check the small hose to the vacuum switch under the front nose. It should have some vacuum when turned off. If not, the problem is in that line which is the signal. Manually apply vacuum and it should come down.
