186 Head spring pressure question
I just got a set of 186 heads with large valves and someone pinned the pressed rocker studs. There are in very good shape, just need a quick grind.
I am thinking about a mild cam. I believe the stock 1976 L-48 cam was 195*/202* Duration @ .050"; .395/.410 lift on 112* lobe separation angle????
Does anyone know the original valve spring pressure rating?
Also I am wondering what pressure is safe with the pressed studs?
I want to add some HP, but keep the stock look.
