Radiator Green Sludge
Last week I had my radiator replaced with a new Dewitts. I also had the the radiator hoses and water pump replaced when the new radiator went in. Yesterday was the longest drive I had taken it on since the replacement. I went to check the fluids and notice that radiator fluid leaked from the cap or the hose right under it. Not 100% sure which leaked. The reservoir was also low. When I pulled the cap off the radiator I saw this green sludge.

What could have caused this? Should I be worried?
Also, the car didn't overheat when I was driving it. I did use Prestone 50/50 in the yellow bottle and made sure not to use the Dex Cool when everything was flushed out and refilled. Did I screw up by filling it with the 50/50 Prestone? I didn't see any of this green sludge in the original radiator and it had 50/50 in that one too.
