Default '68 Temp Gage Correct Installation?

I forgot the orientation of this and want to be sure it is installed correctly. It is the upper left gage. From what I recall the flat tab attaches the left and right terminals and sits below the plastic connector attaching the top and bottom terminals. Is it correct as installed? I have one lock washer left over (after I used 4 on the terminals) and wonder if it is supposed to be used as a shim somewhere. Thoughts?

I looked at my spare I have and you have it correct.
the 4 nuts all have a washer under them but the center terminal with just a nut,, (no leg) has a washer under the white plastic to contact the base.

Top and bottom are fine. Left and right.

Right side should have a non conductive washer under the resistor. Left side does not.

Thanks for responding. I had the non conductive washer on the wrong stud.
