Hi guys..
I'm in the process of doing a body off on another 75 convertible. It is
76 paint and 652 trim. That trim is medium saddle but the interior has
an assortment of confusing colors. I'll try to attach photos but the dash
panels are kinda tan with a kinda red coarse grain as is the heater/ac
control console. The door panels, steering column, parking brake console, and kick panels, and seats are solid tan. Today , I painted the parking brake console with a rattle can of supposedly medium saddle color. It was a pretty good match with everything but the dash and heater/ac console. I've never seen a medium saddle interior before so I have no idea what is correct. This is not intended to be an NCRS restoration but I would like for it to be as correct as possible without going financially nutz. I'm at a point where I can repaint/dye the dash and console parts without any problems but I'd like to know whats goin' on. Opinions please.

I don't have any pictures handy at the moment but can I tell you the emergency brake cover is pretty close to my '73 medium saddle.
The dash pads look like they have been treated to some customization at some point.
Thanks IWASME and 69RAY for your replies. I went to the C-3 registry and found many photos of medium saddle interiors. From what I saw, I agree with you guys that at the factory in 1975 they grabbed whatever interior parts they had on hand and put them together regardless of color match. I now have a Corvette of many colors. I still like it though and am proceeding with assembly. Thanks again guys !!
Ya'll Enjoy

Try Google Images for pics of 75 saddle. Your e-brake console looks good, but you may not be doing yourself any favors comparing new paint to older panels.
If you like the e-brake console color, take the console to a SEM dealer and let them match the color.
