Well completion of the new Speed Direct front coil overs, new front BFGs, all wheel bearings (unforeseen), front and rear alignment, and resealing of the rear diff. Man these Vettes always need something.
The alignment was so bad that I was over an 1" off in setup in the rear and the front had such a toe-out condition that ate those front tires something fierce!
Also a big Thank You to the Forum members who gave suggestions and tips, always helpful!
And if I may,
A BIG Thank You to Black Dog Speed Shop in Lincolnshire Illinois for all the hard work on installation and chassis setup. Simply a first class shop, they take pride in their work and care of my vehicle. They run a professional race team out of there and have all the tools to get things done right the first time. A great shop if you live near or around the Chicago Northwest Suburbs, or North Shore, especially for Corvettes.
Yes, yes I know pictures!
Before work was done nose sitting nose up

Front Speed Direct front coil overs. These are not QA1, they have switched to Viking Race Shocks, with Van Steel springs, darn shame you don't see them
Yes, I'm planing on dropping the rear a touch, 1/2 - 3/4". I'm at the near bottom of the 8" bolts. I'm going to go to the 10" bolt and trim off the excess, 9" is more what I need.
I just got a '75 and the suspension is kinda shaky. I want to do some relatively inexpensive upgrades (meaning I don't want to do a full suspension upgrade). Looks like you hit the nail. What did you have replaced?

You can order 9" bolt from Fastnel for about $25 for two. That's what I did so I didn't have to mess with cutting bolts.

The front looks great but I think you're going to need a bit more than 1/2" to 3/4" in the rear to get the look you're after.

Really it wasn't that bad, for the front coilover kit from Speed Direct we're talking $650 bucks, plus I was upgraded to double adjustable, which are normally $950 for double adjustable.
So really if you can do the work yourself for a thousand bucks you can do the front coilovers and a VBP fiberglass rear monoleaf spring and new shocks (I have Viking up front and Delco in the rear). The ride is so nice. If I could, I would drive it all day!
I couldn't do it though without the help of the forum! Thanks again to the guys that chimed in.
