Default Window glass hardware

And how to remove. I've searched, but didn't uncover much. I have the AIM for my '82 and it, too, really doesn't tell me much about how to remove the hardware on the door windows. I have to replace the passenger side window due to the PO's apparent lockout and subsequent chipping of the glass as whomever tried to pop the lock with a lock-out tool. I can remove the window - that's easy.. did that on the driver side to repair a floppy mirror mount. But I want to transfer the hardware to the new window for the passenger side.

I understand the three attachments across the bottom - the mounting bolts and the roller - have that flat nut that is supposed to be able to be unscrewed from their respective bolt shafts. I can handle that. It's the last "bumper" piece at the front I can't figure out. Looks like it's a simple snap together piece - four arms over the edge. Is it that simple? Pop those arms loose and it should come apart? Or, should I order all new hardware and just be done with it (easiest route)?

AIMs always show assembly, not disassembly. Knowing how things went together is often helpful when taking them apart.

True, but the AIM also assumes you've had some training in whatever portion of the assembly line you worked in as well. The page with the glass blow-apart simply shows the pieces.. not how they went together. I'm trying not to break anything before I absolutely have to

Street: saw those steps... didn't address the glider in question

rbow: almost the same step by step as the other link, still didn't show that specific piece of plastic!

Yes, the 'bumper' just snaps together.
