My 77 is pulling to the right when I hit the brakes.
I am suspecting the left front caliper or line being the problem. I have bled the caliper a few times with 2 people and a one man bleeder and it seemed to be fine. Today and took it off the rotor and put a piece of wood between the pads and hit the pedal. It squeezed the wood and the pistons seemed to be even. Then, put it back together, but it still pulls like the whole car wants to pivot around the right front tire.
How old are your rubber brake hoses? If they are old you should consider replacing them because one might be swelling and causing less pressure than the other side causing your issues. If this is the case they will bleed just fine and will clamp a block of wood, but you don't know how fast or hard the other side is clamping.

If your C3 was recently bought and you're just now driving it, I'd also suggest checking out for a bent frame. That was a problem I once experienced. How to check for a bent frame....I took it to Guldstrand...he put a scale under each tire and measured the weight read by the scale. The right rear tire produced a weight noticeably different that the other three wheels. I think it was like 2 or 3 hundred pounds different.
