Default radiator / hood hinge support questions

need info for my tilt 69 front clip,

On the radiator/hood hinge supports, mine will likely get cut about 1/2 length because they will stay on the clip with the hood and part of the inner fenders when the full clip tilts,

The 69 L doesn't have that offset in it that the later model cheaper easier to get supports have on both L and R so purists and DUB types can I just use the later model ones on my modified 69 situation?

Many thanks!

The indentions are for the AC hoses, otherwise the same.

I didnt wanna jump on them then the L not fit my inner fenders are flat down that side but the support with the offset will fit just leaves an open place at that point which in my build with a tilt front clip will not matter at all not that it would matter if I was doing the clip stock just wouldnt be purist correct.....
